- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service in bulk
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post to Kynect (photos, workout logs, messages, etc.). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
5. Fitness Disclaimer
Kynect is a social planning and coordination tool — it is not a medical or fitness professional service. Content shared by users does not constitute professional advice. Before starting a new fitness program, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Kynect is not liable for any injury or health outcome resulting from workouts planned or discovered through the app.
6. Intellectual Property
All Kynect branding, design, code, and features are the intellectual property of Kynect and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Kynect may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., mapping providers, authentication providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Termination
You may stop using Kynect and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
