How do I create an account?

Download Kynect from the App Store, Google Play, or open the web app. Tap "Sign Up", enter your email or sign in with Apple/Google, and follow the setup steps to build your profile.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, data, and activity history within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I report another user?

Email us at luisvdlpr@gmail.com with the user's handle and a justification. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings or account removal.

Is Kynect free?

Core features — partner matching, workout planning, and the activity feed — are free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future. We'll always give users advance notice before any changes.
